When you’re moving house, sometimes you need reliable storage solutions while you are between properties. We work closely with leading such as Safehouse and Big Yellow. Safehouse is monitored 24 hours a day by members of a security team with up to 500,000 square foot available, and Big Yellow offers fantastic flexibility for those based outside the local area.
When should I book my Enfield removals company?
We’d always advise booking your removals company around 8 weeks in advance of your moving date. This ensures you don’t miss out on your removal company of choice and can be absolutely certain that aspect is taken care of, so you can begin packing!
Do Stork Removals offer removals packing services?
Yes, we offer two different tiers of packing services: full packing service, and part packing service. Our full packing service covers everything from fragile items, to garments, to furniture, so you don’t need to lift a finger. This is usually done before your moving date. Our part packing service will only focus on fragile items and electronic goods, which will take place either the day before or the day of your moving date.
Do you offer an unpacking service?
Yes, we will unpack all of your possessions at your property and dispose of the bulky packing materials for you, so you can focus on getting organised.
How do I pack up my own house ready for removals?
Start methodically, room by room, with strong boxes. Even if you don’t choose our packing services, we will still provide you with sturdy boxes free of charge. Label your boxes, organise them into rooms and storeys of the house, and be strict with yourself over what you don’t need to keep anymore.

How will you organise my home removals price quote?
We always favour a home visit over simply giving you a quote over the phone, as this ensures our prices are transparent and fair. We won’t overcharge you, because we’ll see firsthand how many possessions and pieces of furniture you have. This allows us to keep our services accessible to all.
